Products without a Shogram-issued code are outside Shogram checks; the absence of a code alone proves neither authenticity nor counterfeiting.
1. Shogram checks only its issued codes
A Shogram result is available for a code issued through the Shogram platform. It does not cover products that have no Shogram code.
2. Do not infer more than the result says
No code result by itself does not establish whether an item is genuine or fake. Consider the product packaging, seller information and guidance from the manufacturer.
3. Ask for help when you are unsure
Contact the seller or manufacturer for product-specific information. If you have a concern about a Shogram code or result, use the report path or contact support.
