It checks whether the code is registered to a company verified with Shogram and shows whether that code has been checked before.
Yes. Shogram gives shoppers a way to report a product they suspect may be counterfeit.
It helps companies connect product records with unique codes so they can trace and protect their products.
No. A check reports the code’s registration and use status; it does not test or certify the product itself.
No system can promise that. Shogram makes fakes harder to hide, but a check is only one part of making an informed choice.
Shogram checks codes issued for products from companies registered with us. A product without a Shogram code is outside these checks; that alone does not show whether it is genuine or fake.
When shopping, use the result alongside the product’s packaging, seal and seller information.
Your privacy
Necessary storage keeps Shogram working. With your permission, aggregate page totals help us understand which parts of the site are useful. The analytics counters contain no IP address, product code, account detail or full page URL. Marketing cookies are currently not used.
