Consumers
- Open Verify a product when you are ready to buy.
- Confirm that you want to continue to the check.
- Scan or enter a Shogram Code if the screen offers that option.
- Read the result and its limits. A successful check uses the Code once; Already Used alone does not prove a product is fake.
- If something concerns you, keep the packaging and use the available report or support option.
An offline, cancelled or failed attempt is not a completed Result. Shogram does not certify product safety or quality.
Companies
- Register the Company and verify the email address.
- Complete the account setup and submit the requested KYC information.
- Wait for the review result. Some workspace areas remain locked until the Company is approved.
- Follow the current on-screen instructions for products, labels and Codes. Do not share or reuse Codes.
