Not an active feature. The audited application has no Rating or Review models, routes or APIs. These draft rules do not permit a user or Company to submit, publish, reply to or moderate Ratings through Shogram.
In plain words
Ratings and Reviews are not currently available in Shogram. If introduced, they must reflect genuine experience, follow clear content rules and be reviewed under a fair process. A Company must not buy, pressure or hide Ratings, and a submitted Review must not be presented as a verified fact unless it has been checked.
1. Scope and eligibility
This policy applies only if Shogram launches a Rating or Review feature. Before launch, the feature owner must define which products or Companies may be rated, who is eligible, what counts as a verified purchase, whether guests may participate and how many submissions are allowed. The feature must not claim “verified purchase” unless the Platform actually checks and records that basis.
Any one-Rating-per-Code rule, edit/delete window, photo limits, display thresholds and identity presentation must be approved and disclosed before use. The draft specification’s proposed numbers are not current Platform rules.
2. Honest and useful content
If the feature is enabled, a user must describe their own experience, avoid personal information and avoid content that is threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, irrelevant, spam, advertising or knowingly false. A user may describe a concern as a concern; they must not state an unreviewed allegation as an established criminal finding.
A Company may not condition a reward, discount or service on a positive Rating. Any incentive for submitting feedback must be lawful, clearly disclosed and independent of the score. An incentive program requires separate review and must not be launched under this draft.
3. Company replies
If Company replies are enabled, a Company may respond professionally and must not disclose a consumer’s private information, threaten or pressure the reviewer, or misrepresent the review or Platform decision. Reply count, editing, moderation requests and visibility rules must be stated in the implemented feature.
4. Moderation and disputes
If moderation is enabled, content may be held, hidden or removed only under clearly published rules and a documented reason. A Company’s disagreement with a negative but rule-compliant Rating is not alone a reason to remove it. The author should receive an explanation and an appeal route when lawful and technically available. No moderation timeline or removal guarantee is made by this draft.
5. Privacy and display
Before launch, the Privacy Policy must explain what purchase or account information supports eligibility, what display name appears, whether a Company can see the author’s identity, what images are stored and how long records remain. Do not promise anonymity or disclose a real name without a confirmed setting and lawful basis.
