Not an offer or live Promotion. The audited application has no implemented Promotion models, routes or APIs. These rules do not create an entry, Points, Prize or Company campaign. Qualified counsel must review each country’s promotion, lottery, advertising, consumer-protection and tax requirements before launch.
In plain words
Shogram Promotions are not currently available. A scan does not enter you into a contest or promise a reward. If a Promotion is introduced, it must have its own published rules naming the Company that runs and funds it, who can enter, what counts, the dates, any limits, how winners are selected, how Prizes are claimed, and how disputes work.
1. No current Promotion
This is a draft policy framework only. It is not an invitation to participate, does not authorize a Company to advertise a campaign as a Shogram Promotion, and does not establish any current Prize, Points system or winner. A future campaign may launch only after the feature is implemented, its promoter and legal requirements are confirmed, and a campaign-specific rule sheet is published.
2. Organizer and campaign details
Each future Promotion must identify:
- Promoting Company: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME AND CONTACT]
- Campaign name and description: [PROMOTION DETAILS]
- Eligible locations and participants: [COUNTRIES/REGIONS, AGE, ACCOUNT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS]
- Start and end: [DATES, TIMES AND TIME ZONE]
- Eligible Products, Batches and Codes: [SCOPE]
- Entry or scoring method: [METHOD, LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS]
- Any Points and how they are calculated: [POINTS RULES]
- Prizes, quantity, description, value and delivery: [PRIZE SCHEDULE]
- Selection method, tie-breaker and review: [WINNER METHOD]
- Claim deadline and delivery arrangements: [CLAIM PROCESS]
- Complaints and dispute contact: [CONTACT AND ROUTE]
No field may be left ambiguous in the live campaign terms. Do not state a monetary value, odds, tax treatment or permit status unless verified for that Promotion and market.
3. Eligibility and entry
Eligibility will be stated in the campaign-specific rules. If a future Promotion requires a Registered User or Verified Consumer, the rule must explain the exact verification level and how to complete it. The audited application does not currently implement the described identity-verified Promotion eligibility. No scan, purchase, Code or account creates an entry unless the active campaign rules and feature explicitly confirm it.
The organizer must define how a qualifying purchase is established, whether a Code Verification is part of the process, whether proof of purchase is required, and how duplicates, returns, voided Codes, suspicious activity and purchases outside the campaign period are treated. A scan alone must not be described as proof of a purchase unless the Platform actually verifies that fact.
4. Points, holds and reversals
If a future Promotion uses Points, its rules must state whether they are pending or final, their calculation, caps, expiry, transferability and how a participant can challenge an adjustment. Points are not cash and have no cash value unless the campaign rules expressly and lawfully say otherwise. Points may be rejected or reversed only under clearly stated rules, such as an invalid entry or confirmed return, with a reason and review route.
5. Winner selection and Prize claims
The campaign-specific rules must state the selection method, tie-breaker, verification checks, winner notification, claim deadline, delivery method, treatment of an unclaimed Prize and publication of winner information. A Platform leaderboard, if ever implemented, is not itself proof that a participant has won. Any identity or delivery information must be collected only as needed, disclosed in the Privacy Policy and protected.
6. Promoter responsibility and Shogram’s role
Unless a campaign’s approved terms expressly state otherwise, the participating Company—not Shogram—organizes, funds, supplies and delivers its Promotion and Prizes. Shogram may provide technical tools if and when the feature is implemented. The Company must obtain any required approvals or permits, publish accurate terms, fulfill valid Prizes and handle obligations assigned to it by law.
Shogram must not be described as a prize provider, guarantor or promoter unless it has expressly assumed that role in the specific published terms.
7. Cancellations, changes and disputes
Campaign rules must explain whether and when a Promotion may be paused, corrected, extended or cancelled; how participants will be notified; and how accrued entries or pending Points are treated. Material changes must not unfairly remove an earned right. Disputes must be reviewed under a documented process with a clear contact. No response deadline or finality clause is set by this draft.
8. Legal and tax review
Before each campaign launches, qualified counsel must determine whether it is a contest, prize draw, lottery, incentive or other regulated activity in each eligible location; whether permits, age limits, disclosures, taxes, duties, consumer notices or advertising restrictions apply; and which entity bears each duty. [LAWYER REVIEW: country-by-country Promotion legality, permits, age, taxes and mandatory terms.]
