| Term | Meaning |

| Code | A Shogram identifier checked against Platform records. A Code can be successfully verified once. |
| Company | A business account that registers product information on the Platform. |
| Guest | A person using available consumer features without signing in. |
| KYC | Company identity and business review used to determine Platform access. |
| Label | Product artwork or packaging that carries a Shogram Code. |
| Product Unit | One individual product associated with its own Code. |
| Result | The response reporting registration or use status for a submitted Code. |
| Verification | A completed check of a Shogram Code against Platform records. |
